The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case no. 91 of 2015 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of informant Tapesh Ram is that on 28.06.2015, he received information that his sister committed suicide by hanging at her Sasural due to torture made by her inlaws for demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and have been falsely implicated in this case. Further submission

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46952 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 is that in fact the marriage of deceased Puja Kumari was performed by her parents with the son of the petitioners without her consent and due to that reason, she committed suicide. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
