2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing an appeal to challenge the impugned order dated 10.10.2021 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

4. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.12789 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2025 2/2 authority. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and leave it open to the appellate authority to decide all the issues raised by the petitioner in accordance with law.
