The parties are in agreement that the dispute can be resolved by a direction to the concerned Court for disposing the Title Suit pending between them at the earliest. In these circumstances, the Sub-Judge-I, Saran at Chhapra is directed to dispose of the Title Suit No. 625/2019
Patna High Court CWJC No.19782 of 2021(4) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 within a year from the date of communication of the order. The Sub-Judge-I will proceed in the matter regularly and if any of the parties does not co-operate in the disposal of the Suit then the Court will proceed ex-parte against the noncooperating party. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
Any mutation or cancellation order will be subject to the result of the Suit in question.
