Patna High Court MJC No.4503 of 2014 dt.22-07-2015 2/2 Date: 22-07-2015 In the light of my order dated 15.07.2015, SubDivisional Officer, Biraul is present and states that encroachment from the lands, which was the subject matter of a proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C. bearing Case No. 309/2012 has been removed in the light of the order declaring possession of the petitioner as the encroachments were made during pendency of that proceeding. In support of the aforesaid statement photograph and compact disc of the entire operation is made available to this Court, which is returned to the S.D.O. as he has undertaken that in future also he will ensure removal of the encroachment as and when any miscreant will try to raise hut over the lands in question and is also securing the land with barbed wire. Petitioners on their own should take steps to protect their property from the onslaught of the miscreants. With the observation and direction aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
