On the last occasion, learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the matter has been compromised.

By order of this court dated 19th of August, 2015 both the parties were directed to appear before this Court in Chamber and in pursuance thereof, opposite party no. 2 is present and states that she has not filed any compromise petition but petitioner is not present.

Considering the submissions made by the opposite party no. 2 that she has not filed any compromise petition and petitioner is not present today in Court, the order dated 03.08.2015 by which this Court had directed that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner, is recalled and the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.

No.47860 of 2014 (5) dt.19-08-2015 However, if the petitioner surrender and seeks regular bail within a period of three weeks, the Court below may consider the regular bail application of the petitioners without being prejudiced by the present order.
