Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 447 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B) & 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because they are relative of the deceased. Further submission is that the husband of the deceased has also been acquitted on 26.05.2023 vide Sessions Trial No. 1384 of 2022. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.62178 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M. East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 447 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
