2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For setting aside the order dated 10.06.2024 passed in Mutation Case No. 1488 R27 of 2023 2024/Atri by the respondent no. 7 whereby and where under the petition filed by the petitioner for transfer of name and mutation of the land appertaining to Khata No. 582, Kheshra No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12989 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/3 1383 admeasuring an area of 12 decimal has been dismissed.

(ii) For directing the Circle Officer to mutate the land in favour of the petitioner as he is bonafide purchaser of the land appertaining to Khata No. 582, Kheshra No. 1383 admeasuring an area of 12 decimal.

(iii) For any other relief / reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the positive order passed by the Additional Collector vide memo no. 660 dated 13.02.2024 (Annexure-P/3 to the petition), the Circle Officer, Atri, Gaya again rejected his claim.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that in that background, the petitioner should have approached the Additional Collector, Gaya (respondent no. 5). The further submission is that Seema Devi, who is an important player in the matter is not even partied in the present writ petition.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 5, The Additional Collector, Gaya, Bihar in next four weeks.

6. If such petition is preferred, the concerned respondent, Additional Collector, Gaya shall be taking up the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12989 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 3/3 matter after noticing the parties pass a final order by 31.12.2025.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
