The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 278 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (x) of the SC/ST Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the present case has been lodged by the informant in retaliation of the case filed by the petitioner's sister before the Mahila Police Station bearing Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2013 against the informant.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47873 of 2014 (5) dt.06-10-2015 that two other similar situated accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 02.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. NO. 27437 of 2014, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 278 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
