The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daraunda (M.H.Nagar) P.S.Case No.180 of 2016 pending in the Court of ADJ-VI, Siwan registered for an offence under section 307 and other Sections of the IPC.
It appears that the petitioner's bail prayer has already been rejected by this Court as per order dated 21.07.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.28372 of 2017 considering the six stabbed injury caused by the petitioner on the neck, chest, umbilicus, arm pit and iliac crest of the informant. The informant was moved to PMCH from where he was discharged after a fortnight. The report of the lower court received under letter no.277 dated 15.05.2018 shows
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25865 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 that as many as five witnesses including the informant and I.O. have been examined and the case is pending for evidence of Medical Officer.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the bail prayer of the petitioner is again rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial at the earliest.
