The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 419 of 2011 corresponding to Trial No. 3473 of 2014 registered under Section 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Regard being had to the nature of the offence and the fact that the case arises out of a complaint, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Jangi Bind, Subash Bind, and Sharda Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12020 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 419 of 2011 corresponding to Trial No. 3473 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
