JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. None has seen the actual killing of the deceased and it appears that the entire prosecution case hinges upon circumstantial evidence. The two circumstances are said to have been brought against the petitioner to show his involvement in the murder of the deceased. Firstly, it is stated that fifteen days prior to the alleged occurrence, an altercation had taken place between the petitioner and deceased and secondly, he was found roaming near the place of occurrence on the alleged date. The investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
