The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 120/2017 dated 09.05.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. A motorcycle was stolen, for which the aforesaid case has been lodged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused in this case on the basis of confession of a co-accused, viz. Sohrab Alam. It has further been submitted that he was arrested in Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 424/2017 and from there, he was remanded in about 8 cases without his fault. This is the reason for the number of cases pending against the petitioner. Co-accused persons of this case having similar

The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2017. He has also been made accused in other cases, in all of which he has been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-cumA.C.J.M. I, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 120/2017.
