Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304,302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Dead body of the husband of the informant was found near the railway track. Thereafter, Darbhanga Rail U.D. P.S.Case No. 52 of 2015 was registered on 15.12.2015. During enquiry of the U.D.Case, the informant, who is wife of the deceased identified the dead body and suspected that the business partner Pramod Kumar Ram might have committed the murder due to business rivalry. Thereafter, the statement of the petitioner was recorded in jail and the petitioner stated that for some trivial dispute, the petitioner and others had thrashed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.99 of 2018 (3) dt.20-02-2018 the deceased from a running train. Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2016.

Considering the nature of evidence and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.312 of 2016 (arising out of Darbhanga G.R.P. P.S.Case No.12 of 2016), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
