ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already submitted his representation to the Block Development Officer, Bithan Block, Dist Samastipur (i.e, the Respondent No. 4 herein) by way of representation dated 22.07.2025 (Annexure-P/6) and it would suffice if a direction is given to the respondent No. 4 to consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that the competent authority are respondent Nos. 4 & 5 and the petitioner may be directed to give afresh representation to the said authority and the same will

Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation ventilating his grievance to the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 herein within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation made by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
