ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 12.02.2018 in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.75 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on mere suspicion that the motorcycle on which the petitioners were going was a stolen one, they have been taken into custody. It is further submitted that the motorcycle in question belongs to the relative, for which they have valid papers. It is further submitted that the said relative had given the motorcycle to the petitioners to attend a marriage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18713 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.75 of 2018.
