JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-10-2015 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent-Bank to convert the loan granted to the petitioner for dairy development to the revised scheme of the Government as communicated to the respondent Branch manager and other Branch Managers vide communication of the respondent District Dairy Development Officer and extend the petitioner consequential benefits of the revised scheme whereby 50% grant is made under the Dairy Entrepreneurship Development Scheme.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to the letter no.2976 dated 11.05.2012, the District Dairy Development Officer, Madhubani has written to the concerned Branch

Patna High Court CWJC No.7699 of 2013 dt.07-10-2015 2/2 Manager of the respondent-Bank with regard to such conversion of the petitioner's loan.

3. Having regard to the nature of the reliefs sought by the petitioner and after hearing the parties, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Branch Manager of the respondent-Bank with a fresh representation for redressal of her grievances. If such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the respondentBank within a further period of 12 (twelve) weeks thereafter. In case the petitioner's request cannot be acceded to, the respondent-Bank shall pass a speaking order giving reasons also. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U
