The petitioner seeks bail in Guraru P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and Section17 of C.L.A. Act. According to FIR, unknown nexlites had committed murder of father of the informant for non-fulfillment of their demand of ransom (levy). The name of the petitioner surfaced for the reason that the deceased had disclosed to the informant that a few days back, the petitioner had also demanded levy. The petitioner is in custody since 19-10-2017. The investigation is already complete.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63303 of 2017 (4) dt.12-03-2018 above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below in connection with the aforesaid case.
