Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to grant the difference of post retiral benefits including the arrears and revision of pension in result of grant of 3rd MACP and the consequential benefits attached. Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16314 of 2022(2) dt.03-02-2023 2/2 grievances of petitioner, he has made series of representation before respondent no.2 which is annexed as Annexure No.8 series but till date there is no response from his side. In this background, the respondent no.2 is directed to pass a reasoned order within 6 weeks on the representation filed by the petitioner considering all the laws as well as the decisions passed by this Hon'ble Court about which the petitioner shall provide the copy of said orders.

With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
