2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in fact, the deceased had died of natural death.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
