2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 registered in connection with Piparahi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note of the criminal antecedents of the petitioner who is accused in two prior cases of similar nature.

4. In this view of the matter, it appears that the petitioner is a habitual offender who does not deserve consideration of grant of anticipatory bail. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
