The petitioner apprehends his rrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.93 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 406 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
