The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 294 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on protest being made by the wife and sister of the informant for being abused by the accused side, the informant went to the house of the petitioners for complain when the accused persons threatened for dire consequences. In the same night when the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39384 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 informant was going to village school then he was being assaulted by lathi and iron rod.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general when the injury has been found to be simple.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that the accusation is omnibus and general and the injury has been found to be simple in nature, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi at Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 192 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
