2. The petitioners have challenged the notices dated 27.06.2023 and 17.07.2023 issued in connection with Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2023-24 by the Circle Officer, Rajpur, Rohtas.

3. The petitioners are directed to file show cause reply to the notice and participate in encroachment proceeding. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.12579 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 Circle Officer will conclude the same after hearing all the parties.

4. During pendency of the encroachment proceeding, the possession of the petitioners shall not be disturbed.
