Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 304, 504/34 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. She is named in the First Information Report along with her mother. On the date of occurrence itself she was detained along with her mother, as is appearing from Paragraphs 10, 11 of the case-diary, copy whereof has been produced before me by the learned counsel for the informant, and thereafter let off on the instruction of the superior authorities that if any further material appears against her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48212 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 during investigation she may be arrested. Her mother is already in custody.
In the circumstances, petitioner, who is a girl aged about 19 years, is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 122 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
