No. 33260 of 2017, with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months and petitioner was given liberty that she might renew her prayer for bail, is so desire. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now charge has been framed in this case and petitioner is a lady and has been in judicial custody since 25.04.2017.
