JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case No. 375 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's marriage was solemnized with the deceased in the year 2008 and there are three issues out of their wedlock and in fact she died due to snake biting and post-mortem report also indicates that cause of death may be snake biting and no external injury was found on the body.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Deepak Tiwari is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57764 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 learned C.J.M. Bhojpur Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 375 of 2016 with condition that he shall be present on each and every date before the trial court and in case of absence on two consecutive dates without any medical urgency, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
