On the basis of the aforesaid order it has been stated that during the pendency of the writ application the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. He, therefore, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum/authority if there is any dispute relating to payment of retiral dues.
The writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
