Petitioner's presence has been shown being a member of unlawful assembly with an omnibus allegation. That being so, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer of bail which, the learned lower court will consider in light of aforesaid finding in terms of allegations so levelled in the fardbeyan. With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
