The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 49/2017 dated 04.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

75 litres Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2017. Prior to the present case, the petitioner has been made accused in one other case, in which he is on bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge
