The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner applied for being appointed as Block Teacher on the basis of forged claim that she qualified Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (BETET) Examination, but, in fact, the petitioner did not qualify and applied on the basis of the forged certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not actually appointed on the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41030 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 basis of said forged certificate.
Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner but keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner ultimately was not appointed, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
