2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is that a stolen car has been recovered from their possession.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He submitted that co-accused Dhanjit Kumar (driver) was arrested and he disclosed that it was stolen

The co-accused Dhanjit Kumar further disclosed that he along with co-accused Pappu Khan @ Asraf Khan and one of the friends of Pappu Khan @ Asraf Khan had stolen the alleged car. He further submitted that petitioner was merely sitting in that car and the co-accused Dhanjit Kumar did not whisper about the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged theft. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
