2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for issuance of appropriate writ/writs,
Patna High Court CWJC No.14762 of 2025(3) dt.29-06-2026 3/3 order/orders, direction/directions with prayer to quash the notice dated 10.05.2025 issued in jamabandi case no. 189/2018-19 initiated by learned Additional Collector, Patna whereas the petitioners are reside there for more than 80 years and being a landless persons they are every right to live there and further for a relief for which the petitioner is found entitled in the eyes of law and in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be answering to the notice sent by the respondent but it is expected that, till then, long jamabandi shall not be disturbed.
4. Learned State counsel submits that once notice has been issued, unless an order is passed, the respondents naturally will not move further in the matter.
5. Recording the versions of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of.
