The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.619 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has clearly stated that out of her own will she had gone to the house of maternal uncle and no one had ever kidnapped her, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Sangeeta Devi and Subodh Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13731 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 619 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
