JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is submitting that the State has violated in complying the order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 10122 of 2012 dated 19th June 2012.

The counsel for the State has pointed out that the claim of the petitioner was considered and it was found that the Block Development Officer, Bihia, vide order dated 19th March 2015 has mentioned with regard to the appointment of 4th Grade Employee, he does not have a jurisdiction and vis-à-vis, the

Patna High Court MJC No.2716 of 2013 (13) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 petitioner does not have requisite qualification for being appointed as a contract Teacher.

This Court is sitting in the contempt proceeding, scope cannot be enlarged, the issue which has been raised, cannot be adjudicated in the present proceeding.

However, the petitioner will have liberty to approach the appropriate Court/Forum/Authority with regard to grievance, if any.
