JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 27.5.2017, seek bail in Rahika PS Case No. 65 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation in brief is that on the trivial issue of pelting stone to dog the accused persons dragged informant's father and sister and inside the house they killed both of them by stabbing with scissor and knife.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are female members, mother and un-married daughter, no specific acquisition against both of them, all the eight family members have been made accused, two ante mortem injuries were found on the person of deceased Arti Devi and multiple injuries on the person of father of the informant.
Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that it is a brutal murder of two persons by family members. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as the petitioners are female having no specific acquisition and both are
