This is an application for bail in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has not handed over the charge of the headmaster of Government Deenanatha Parmeshwari Girls High School, Manjhauli, Begusarai to the Savita Kumari and also not handed over the papers.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he had taken over the charge only for four months and he could

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to release the petitioner on provisional bail for a period of three months to his own satisfaction with condition that he will hand over the charge and produce the certificate and showing the same before the court below and after verification, once being satisfied with the same, he shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner.
