The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2017 in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner's bail was rejected, he has already suffered in incarceration for more than a year and half. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing and ready to co-operate in the trial and shall not abscond. It is further submitted that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents in which he is on bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
