JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B,328 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after two and half years of marriage by administering poison for non-fulfillments of dowry demands. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was suffering from heart ailment and she was being treated but she could not survive. The informant participated in the funeral but subsequently maliciously lodged the present case.

No.40976 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No.30 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
