Petitioner is in jail custody since 6.7.2014 on the charges that one rifle and 58 cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that trial of the petitioner has not been concluded as yet and some co-accused having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of bail vide order dated 12.4.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 12221/2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in Sessions trial no. 300/2014 U.A.P. case no. 19/2015 arising out of Khaira P.S. Case no. 111/2014 subject to condition that one of the sureties must be local and close relative of
