The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2432/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his wife Pammi Kumari has said in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. that she had lodged a forged case and has no intention to pursue the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he is willing to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and there shall be no recurrence of any

Notices were issued in this case and the opposite party has appeared through her counsel, but the said counsel is not present in Court today.

However, considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate Sadar at Motihari, in connection with Complaint Case No. C2432/2018.
