2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered under Sections 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.
3. Specific accusation of committing rape with informant is against co-accused Jugli @ Jugesh Paswan @ Jugesh Kumar. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was standing there and keeping watch.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Further submission is that petitioner has no concern neither with the alleged occurrence nor with co-accused Jugli @ Jugesh Paswan @ Jugesh Kumar. There is no specific over act is alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
