JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the order of this court dated 31.7.2013 in C.W.J.C.No. 1798/2013 there is a typographical error as with regard to description of the district of both the petitioners which ought to have been Nalanda in place of Nawadah. He further submits that the name of the husband of petitioner no.1 has been wrongly recorded as 'Rabindra Prasad' in place of 'Rabindra Prakash' and that of the husband of petitioner no.2 as 'Ashiw Kumar' in place of 'Ashim kumar'. He points out that these errors have crept in only on account of the typographical error in the cage column of the writ application but then a bare

Patna High Court MJC No.4487 of 2014 (2) dt.28-01-2015 comparison from the Vakalatnama it would bear out that district of both the petitioners is Nalanda and not Nawadah and that their husband's name has also been wrongly recorded. That being so, this Court would direct that in the order of this Court dated 31.7.2013 in C.W.J.C.No. 1798/2013 the details given in respect of both the petitioners at page 1 shall be read as 'District Nalanda' in place of 'District Nawadah' and that the name of the husband of petitioner no.1 shall be read as 'Rabindra Prakash' in place of Rabindra Prasad' and the name of the husband of petitioner no.2 as 'Ashim Kumar' in place of 'Ashiw Kumar'.

The order of this Court dated 31.7.2013 in C.W.J.C.No. 1798/2013 shall stand modified only to the extent indicated above. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) surendra/- U
