Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: The application stands disposed off on the following agreed terms between the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner related to revision of his pension. The respondent State agrees that the same shall be paid to the petitioner within two months as the formalities are almost complete and the sanction order has been sent to the Bank for payment.

Learned counsel for the Accountant General agrees that if required, necessary authority shall also be issued in favour of the petitioner so as to ensure that actual payment is credited in the account of the petitioner within the aforesaid period. The State agrees that if sanction order has to be forwarded to the Accountant General, the same shall be done within two weeks from today. Learned counsel on behalf of the Accountant General agrees that within two weeks of the sanction order, necessary authority slip shall also be issued to him.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
