Both the petitioners are named in the FIR which was registered on the basis of complaint lodged by the complainantinformant alleging that on the date of occurrence they tried to outrage her modesty in the manner alleged in the First Information Report.

Contention of the petitioners is that the husband of the informant was guard of the tower fixed by the company of which the petitioners are employees. Actually the petitioners had detected illegal acts of the husband of the informant and to guard thereagainst the false case has been lodged. It is also stated that

Learned APP, on the other hand, referring to the impugned order submits that there is specific allegation of making attempt of sexual assault by the informant against the petitioners. In my view, the petitioners should surrender and seek regular bail. The application stands disposed of.
