This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28329 of 2021 whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28329 of 2021 for furnishing bail bond is hereby extended by six weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64062 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 Rest part of the order dated 10.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28329 of 2021 shall remain unchanged. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order dated 10.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28329 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
