JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) Petitioner may be transferred to the Patna on the same post in Patna Medical College Hospital or A.N.M.C.H., Patna from the Primary Health Centre, Itaur, Charpokhari, Bhojpur at Ara on the ground of illness of her mother no one of her house to care about the mother at her old age day to day work."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of
