The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Birpur (Balua) P.S.Case No. 28 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 353, 427, 431 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that several persons, who were protesting the death of a child in an accident, had raised their ire towards the police. Learned counsel further submits that the informant has given a totally different story and has falsely implicated these petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29810 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 in the present case.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let these petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Birpur ( Balua) P.S.Case No. 28 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Birpur (Supaul), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
