2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the cause of action, he has already filed representation before the respondent no. 5, which is still pending. It was submitted that the same be directed to be disposed off.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that if the same is pending, it shall be disposed off.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5, to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure7 to the writ application, if already not disposed off, within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
