2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. There is no recovery of any arms from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran/ concerned court in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024.
