2. Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 103(1) and 61(2) of the BNS.
3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Abhishek and Vishwajeet assaulted the deceased with lathi and danda due to which during course of treatment, he died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and no specific allegation of any assault or overt act against these petitioners. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-

No. 76855 of 2025 and vide order dated 14.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74048 of 2025. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 07.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P. S. Case No. 279 of 2025.
